Megan Gale
Gale was just 18 when she was 18 when she won a modeling contest she won in Perth. After many years of modeling, Gale rose to fame as she was selected for a role in a set of commercials for the Italian Telecommunications firm, Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) and was featured in the advertisement of the company up to 2006.She was also hired with the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as their face for Australia and Italy'. The covers of Gale comprise of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia and Gioia. Italian and Australian GQ and Maxim. Australian InStyle. Gale can also be seen in editorials for Australian Cosmopolitan, Vogue Italia and Australian Cosmopolitan. Gale has modeled on runways for Italian fashion houses including Gianfranco Ferre Genny, Gai Mattiolo and also runway for Mariella Burani, and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. (9) Gale is also a fan of many Australian designers like Colette Dinnigan, Kirrily Johnston Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. The year 2006 was the last time she served as the fashion analyst for the Australian awards on television, known as the Logies. Gale retired from modelling runways in January of 2008, after fifteen years. The last time she walked the catwalk at the David Jones Winter Collection Launch in Sydney a few weeks later. The final dress she wore was that of the Wonder Woman outfit she was to wear for the recently released movie Justice League of America. Gale returned to the runway in March 2011 and concluded the Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011.
